Paper Presentation      

        Submit two complete camera-ready hard copy of the paper and a CD containing the final version of the paper. The paper must be in .pdf and in .doc format (Microsoft word 97-2003). The abstract and full manuscript of paper must be submitted by email to the address: converges09@gmail.com

Submitted papers must be original and unpublished. Papers must be written in English should be atmost 6 pages long in total.The authors will be notified on the status of the paper acceptance through email.

         This competition is open to all undergraduates & Post graduate students of any course (Engineering / Pharmacy /BSc / MSc / BCA / MCA).

• Candidates must to have valid I-Cards of their respective institutes.

• Maximum numbers of three participants are allowed per team.

• Papers not adhering to the above mentioned format will not be accepted.

• No entries will be entertained after the deadline.

• The presentation will be conducted in parallel sessions.

• Any paper that is submitted but not presented shall not qualify for participation certificate.

         • Paper submitted for competition will not be returned and shall remain as property of Converges'09.

         • No SCANNED submission will be accepted.

         • Decision of the judges will be final and binding on all.

         • No TA/DA will be provided.

            Fees for Paper presentation :: ISTE member ::          Rs.100  

                                                            Non ISTE member ::    Rs.150  

 

Evaluation Process

 

 

         All submissions will be refereed based on the following criteria by two reviewers with appropriate background.

• Originality

• Significance

• Contribution to the area of research

• Technical quality

• Relevance to Converges’09 topics

• Clarity of presentation
