Established in 2021, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) at R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur, is committed to developing future-ready professionals capable of addressing real-world challenges through intelligent technologies.

Department Overview
The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning offers a specialized undergraduate program focused on intelligent computing and emerging technologies. The program integrates the fundamentals of Computer Science and Engineering with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Systems.
The curriculum is developed under the autonomous framework and is periodically revised through the Board of Studies (BoS) based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with industry requirements and global technological trends.
The department follows Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices with well-defined PEOs, POs, PSOs, and COs. Continuous assessment and attainment analysis facilitate Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in the teaching-learning process.
