REGULAR ADMISSION NOTICE (AY 2026–27)

(Second Year, Third Year and Final Year B. Tech)

All students who become eligible after the declaration of the Even Semester 2026 results are hereby informed that the Academic Session for the year 2026–27 will commence on Monday, 20 July 2026 (subject to eligibility as per the declared results).

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS

• Eligibility for Admission : Only students who qualify after the declaration of the Even Semester 2026 results can complete the admission process between 9 July and 16 July 2026.
• Re-Examination Students : A separate admission schedule will be announced for students who become eligible after the Re-Even Semester Examinations.
• Financial Readiness : Students and parents are requested to make arrangements for payment of all academic and hostel fees for AY 2026–27 before 9 July 2026.
• Scholarship Documentation (ST/EBC) : Students belonging to the ST or EBC categories must possess a valid Income Certificate for FY 2025–26 (valid up to March 2027 and issued by the Tahsildar Office) to avail themselves of scholarship benefits.
• Education Loan Applicants : Students availing education loans must ensure that all bank formalities, documentation, and approvals are completed before the admission process begins on 9 July 2026.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE (STEPS 1 TO 3)

Step 1 : Payment of Tuition and Development Fee

Location : Fee Counter, Admin Office

1. Payment Methods :

• Online via ERP portal : student.sesrcp.in
• By Demand Draft (DD) in the name of :
  Drawn in favour of “R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur”, payable at Shirpur.

2. Fee Details :

• The total fee for AY 2026–27 remains the same as that paid during AY 2025–26.
• Refer to the attached Fee Structure for detailed fee information.

3. Scholarship Holders:

• ST/EBC students must submit a valid Income Certificate at the Fee Counter and deposit the original document with their department.
• Failure to submit the required documents will result in the student being charged the full Open Category fee.

4. Admission Form

• Collect the pre-printed Admission Form from the Fee Counter.
• Verify all details carefully and update any changes in contact information before submission.
• Note : Duplicate admission forms will not be issued.

5. Branch Change (Second Year Students)

• Students applying for a branch change must complete Steps 1 to 3 as per the admission schedule
• Branch change requests will be processed only after payment of the full academic fee.

Step 2: Payment of Stationery and Examination Fee

1. Stationery Fee :

• Location : Co-operative Store Near Workshop (Ground Floor)
• Amount : Rs. 1,000/- (Cash Payment)
• Collect the required stationery and payment receipt.

2. Examination Fee:

• Online : student.sesrcp.in
• Amount : Rs. 4,000/- (Online Payment)
• Covers both Odd and Even Semester Examinations.
• Re-Examination fees are excluded.

3. Receipts

• Students must collect and preserve receipts for all payments made at ERP Portal.

Step 3: Registration and Issuance of Roll Number

Location: Respective Departmental Office

1. Form Completion :

• Fill in all pending details, sign the Admission Form, and present the original fee receipts (Tuition, Stationery, and Examination Fees) for verification.
• Do not attach the original fee receipts to the Admission Form.

2. Final Verification :

• Submit the completed Admission Form along with the applicable scholarship documents.
• Upon successful verification, students will receive their Roll Number, ERP App ID, and Password.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

Attendance from the first day of classes, 20 July 2026, is compulsory. Failure to attend classes without valid reasons may result in disciplinary action as per institute rules.
