30+ Girl Students of the 2027 Batch Successfully Complete Mahindra NAANDI Foundation Employability Skills Training

More than 30 girl students from the 2027 Batch successfully participated in the Mahindra NAANDI Foundation Employability Skills Training Program organized at R. C. Patel Institute of Technology. The program was designed to enhance students' industry readiness by strengthening essential employability skills, including communication, aptitude, logical reasoning, group discussions, interview techniques, professional etiquette, resume building, and workplace behaviour. Through interactive sessions, practical activities, and expert guidance, the participants gained valuable insights into corporate expectations and developed the confidence required to excel in recruitment processes. This initiative reflects the institute's continued commitment to empowering women students, bridging the academia–industry skill gap, and preparing graduates for successful professional careers.
