Business Analyst Skill Development Program

As part of its commitment to enhancing students' employability and industry readiness, the Training & Placement Cell of R. C. Patel Institute of Technology (RCPIT), Shirpur, facilitated the Business Analyst Skill Development Program, sponsored by J.P. Morgan and conducted at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune. The program witnessed the participation of 35+ students, who received intensive training in business analysis, requirement gathering, process modeling, data interpretation, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and industry-standard tools. Through expert-led sessions, hands-on projects, and real-world case studies, participants developed the analytical, technical, and professional competencies required for successful careers in business analysis and consulting. This initiative reflects RCPIT's continuous efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with future-ready skills and enhancing their placement prospects.
