Ethnus Employability Training Program Successfully Conducted

R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur, successfully conducted the Ethnus Employability Training Program to enhance the technical and professional competencies of engineering students. The program was designed to equip participants with the essential skills required to excel in campus placements and build successful careers in the IT and corporate sectors. The training covered a wide range of topics, including aptitude, logical reasoning, communication skills, resume building, coding fundamentals, interview preparation, group discussions, and personality development.
