Google Cloud Study Jam 2025

The Google Cloud Study Jam 2025 was successfully organized by GDG on Campus RCPIT with the objective of providing students with hands-on experience in cloud computing using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The event aimed to enhance technical skills and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices through structured, cloud-based learning. The registration process was strategically planned and announced within the GDG community. The registration form was released at 8:00 PM on 23rd September 2025 and received an overwhelming response, with 390 registrations completed within just 5 minutes. Participants followed a structured onboarding process, including: (Creating a new Gmail account , Setting up a Google Cloud Skills Boost profile Making the profile public, Submitting required details ) Selected candidates received confirmation emails and were added to a private WhatsApp group for communication and updates. The Study Jam was conducted throughout October 2025, during which participants completed multiple cloud labs and milestones using the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform. These labs provided practical exposure to real-world cloud technologies such as virtual machines, cloud storage, IAM(Identity & Access Management), and deployment.
