Industrial Visit to Haier India Manufacturing Plant

As part of its commitment to experiential learning and industry exposure, R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur, organized an industrial visit to the Haier India Manufacturing Plant for engineering students. The visit provided students with an excellent opportunity to gain practical insights into modern manufacturing processes, automation technologies, quality control systems, and industrial operations followed in one of India's leading consumer electronics companies. During the visit, Haier experts guided students through various production units and explained the manufacturing and assembly processes of home appliances. Students also learned about advanced production techniques, lean manufacturing practices, workplace safety standards, and quality assurance measures adopted by the company.
