Industry-Ready Advanced Aptitude Training Program

To strengthen students' problem-solving and analytical abilities for campus recruitment, the Training & Placement Cell of R. C. Patel Institute of Technology (RCPIT), Shirpur, organized an Industry-Ready Advanced Aptitude Training Program in association with Campus Credentials. The program witnessed the active participation of 80 students, who underwent intensive training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, data interpretation, analytical thinking, and company-specific aptitude strategies. Delivered by experienced industry trainers, the program included concept-based learning, practice assessments, mock tests, and interview-oriented problem-solving techniques aligned with the recruitment processes of leading companies. This initiative enhanced students' confidence, aptitude proficiency, and overall placement readiness, reinforcing RCPIT's commitment to developing industry-ready graduates equipped to excel in competitive recruitment processes.
