The Electrical Engineering Department of R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur organized a Parents–Teachers Meet on 3 October 2025 to strengthen communication between faculty and parents regarding students’ academic progress and overall development.

The event began with a welcome by Dr. S. A. Patil, Head of the Department, who shared the department’s achievements, vision, and student development initiatives. Prof. N. S. Mahajan briefed parents on the institute’s examination and evaluation process, emphasizing transparency and merit-based assessment. Prof. Krunal Gandhi, Training and Placement Coordinator, presented details about placement activities, internship opportunities, and industry collaborations, highlighting the department’s focus on career readiness.

A Topper Felicitation Ceremony was held to honor academically outstanding students from all years, followed by a Student Experience Sharing Session where final-year students shared their learning journey and achievements, including national-level project success at IIT Guwahati.

The event concluded with a One-to-One Parent–Faculty Interaction, allowing meaningful discussions on students’ progress and growth. Parents expressed appreciation for the department’s dedicated efforts toward academic excellence, mentorship, and continuous student development. The session ended on a positive note, reinforcing a strong partnership between parents, faculty, and the institute.
