Dr. Vishal Sharad Thakare, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at R. C. Patel Institute of Technology (RCPIT), Shirpur, has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering by SAGE University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

His doctoral research was carried out on the topic "Hybrid Multimodal Deep Learning Framework for Parkinson's Disease Prediction." The research focuses on developing an intelligent framework that utilizes multimodal deep learning and data fusion techniques for the early detection and accurate prediction of Parkinson's disease using multiple biomedical signals and clinical data.

The research was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Rekha Pawar, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering, SAGE University, Indore. As part of his research work, Dr. Thakare has published several research papers in reputed Scopus-indexed international journals and has presented his research findings at various national and international conferences.
