Utility patent on A Methodology to obtain Eco- friendly Construction Material and a Mechanism to verify its stability

This invention is a system which helps in the preparation of cement mortar using recycled construction wastes including abandoned sand, clay bricks, concrete, paper, waste plastics, Rubber and other light materials and scrap metal which make certain the bricks are sturdy whose strength is analyzed in the system to ensure durability of the construction made using these bricks made from the mortar. In the system to identify the strength of the bricks structure created form the mortar, an assembly of sensors including temperature, stress sensor are attached to the structure of the brick and using RF unit outside the aggregation node receives stress detection data sent by a terminal node in a wireless mode, that is connected to a computing system which processes the data and inform the strength of the brick structure to the user.


PATENT ON A system to manage the generation and distribution of green energy with Efficient transmission lines.

This invention is a system which generates renewable source of energy with the use of a hybrid system which consists of a combination of solar, wind and piezoelectric array so that maximum energy can be generated to fulfill the demands of a city. The system is then managed by a computer operated set up which analyses the rate of unit power and by manipulating the demand with the generation of current, performs the aggregation and distribution procedure. The excessively power generated is stored into batteries so that it can be used at the time of excessive demands. For the transmission of the electric energy from the source of generation to the grid and from the grid to the city a uniquely designed transmission lines is designed which transmits the current with least loss due to the change in climatic condition thus providing a cost-effective and efficient solution.

Awarded as “Sir Arthur Cotton Memorial Prize” by “The Institution of Engineers (India)” at 32nd Indian Engineering Congress held in Chennai dated 21-23 December, 2017 for research paper entitled "An Experimental Investigation of Mechanical Properties in Clay Brick Masonry by Partial Replacement of Fine Aggregate with Clay Brick Waste" (published in the Springer Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India) 2016, Vol. 97, Issue 3).
