Student Association:
Mechanical Engineering Students Association - MESA is a student association run by the students of the Mechanical Engineering Department for the overall development of students. The main objective of MESA is to provide a platform for students to enhance their technical knowledge, practical skills, creativity, leadership, and professional competencies through curricular and extra-curricular activities.
MESA regularly organizes workshops, seminars, expert lectures, industrial visits, technical competitions, project exhibitions, quizzes, and technical/non-technical events. It also encourages students to participate in social and environmental activities such as tree plantation, blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and community service programs.
Objectives of Student Association :
- To organize training programs, seminars, workshops, and expert lectures on emerging technologies.
- To enhance students' technical knowledge, practical skills, and employability.
- To conduct technical and non-technical events and competitions to develop creativity and leadership qualities.
- To provide industrial exposure through industrial visits and industry interaction.
- To promote innovation, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- To encourage social responsibility and environmental awareness through community service activities.
