DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE POLICY

Preface

Discipline plays a vital role in maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful academic environment. It is essential for the smooth functioning of the college and for fostering the holistic development of students. In order to ensure that proper standards of behavior, ethics, and decorum are maintained within the campus, a Discipline Committee is constituted at the college level.

The committee aims to instill a sense of responsibility, respect, and accountability among students and staff, ensuring that academic and co-curricular activities are conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner. It also acts as a guiding and corrective body in cases of indiscipline and misconduct, promoting a culture of mutual respect and harmony on campus.

Initiatives for Maintaining Discipline at College Level

To maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined environment on campus, the college has undertaken the following initiatives:

Formation of Discipline Committee

A dedicated committee has been constituted to monitor and maintain discipline on campus.
The committee ensures proper implementation of rules and takes necessary actions in case of violations.

Display of Code of Conduct

Institutional rules and regulations are clearly displayed on notice boards and communicated during orientation programs.
